In this application, on 23rd October 2024, this Court directed the respondent to file disclosure affidavit in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (g). An affidavit of service dated 3rd December 2024, shows that the packet containing notice and copy of the said order of this Court, were duly received by the defendant. The proof of service in the form of acknowledgment card is annexed to the affidavit of service.
