Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

This is an application for amendment in the Petition for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Ashok Nagesh Parab and Anuradha Krishnarao Parab (the deceased). 3.

In the application, it is averred that Umesh Ashok Parag, the petitioner No. 2, has passed away on 25th February, 2024. It is, therefore, necessary to bring the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner No. 2 on record.

Likewise, in paragraph No. 6 of the petition and the Schedule 1 of the assets of the deceased, the description of the property is required to be amended.

The proposed amendment appears to be essentially Vishal Parekar ...1

27-ia-2633-2024.doc consequential and in the nature of correction of an inadvertent error in describing the property left behind by the deceased. 6.

The application thus stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c).

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks. 8.

The petitioner No. 4 is permitted to re-verify the petition. Application disposed.
