P.C.:- 1) Mr. Awasthi, learned counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners on instructions submitted that, in furtherance of Orders dated 19th August, 2024 and 22nd August, 2024 passed by this Court and Order dated 30th September, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No(s). 37895 of 2024, the Petitioners/Applicants have deposited the said cost with the concerned Authority. He submitted that, as per the oral directions given by this Court to pay an additional cost of Rs.10,000/- to 1/2
ssm 17-ia2645.2024.doc the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay, the total sum of Rs.35,000/- has been paid to the said library. He produced on record a photocopies of receipts issued by the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay dated 16th January, 2025 and Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai dated 16th January, 2025.
2) In view thereof, the Orders dated 19th August, 2024 and 22nd August, 2024 passed by this Court and Order dated 30th September, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court are complied with. 3) Remove from board.
