The present Interim Application seeks an amendment to the cause title of the Plaint in the address of Defendant No. 2 and Defendant No. 12. There is no opposition to this application.

In any view of the matter, since the Application is purely formal in nature, the same would cause no prejudice to any of the Defendants. Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under:

In the aforesaid circumstances this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice be pleased to permit the Plaintiff to carry out the aforesaid amendment as per Schedule annexed."

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 8th October 2024, without need of reverification.
