The learned Counsel for the Applicant has referred to the Disclosure order dated 23rd October 2024, which had granted prayer for disclosure in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (g) of the Interim Application and had directed the Respondents to file Affidavit of SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Disclosure in terms thereof within a period of four weeks from the Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2025.01.29 18:26:02 +0530 date of the said order. He has submitted that the Respondents have failed to file their Disclosure Affidavit and/or remain present in 1/2

18-IA-2672-24.doc Court. He has accordingly, sought for bailable warrant to be issued against Respondent No. 2, who is proprietor of Respondent No. 1. 2.

Accordingly, considering that the said disclosure order has not been complied with and the Respondents have failed to remain present, office shall issue bailable warrant to the Respondent No. 2 in sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of cash bail to be executed against Respondent No. 2 by the concerned local police station having jurisdiction over Respondent No. 2, returnable on 24th February 2025.
