Ms. Memon, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that although the bailable warrant of arrest issued by this Court has been executed, however, none is present on behalf of the Respondents and that this Court issue non-bailable warrant of arrest. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, Registry is directed to issue Non Bailable Warrant of arrest against the Respondent No.2, returnable on 22nd January, 2026. 3.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the Non Bailable Warrant. Nikita Gadgil 1/2
