For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dismissing the Testamentary Petition No.105 of 2018 for non removal of office objection stands set aside and Testamentary Petition No.105 of 2018 stands restored to file, subject to the petitioner complying with the office objection/requisitions within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of the order. 3.
