Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for post grant amendment in the Probate of the last Will and testament of Chandra Kishin Daryanani (the deceased) granted by an order dated 17th May, 2023.

Post grant it was realized that there was an inadvertent mistake in mentioning the share certificate number in the schedule. The correct share certificate numbers are "31 and 32" and not "176 and 177" which are mentioned in the schedule of assets appended to the original petition and grant.

The proposed amendment appears to be in the nature of correction of an inadvertent error in mentioning the number of share Vishal 1/2

26-ia-2688-2024.doc certificates. Anju Suresh Shamdasani, the other heir, has given consent for the amendment. I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Post amendment grant expedited.

8.

Re-verification dispensed with.
