This application is filed for setting aside an order of dismissal of TP/2484/2019, for non-compliance of office objections pursuant to a common order dated 25th April, 2022. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant - petitioner is now in a position to deposit the court-fee which was the primary objection.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order of 1/2

TP/2484/2019 stands restored to file subject to the petitioner complying with the office objections within a period of six weeks.

In the event of non-compliance of office objections within a period of six weeks, this order shall stand recalled and TP/2484/2019 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
