This is an application to amend the Testamentary Petition 3967 of 2023 so as to bring the legal representative of the petitioner on record who has passed away on 16th February 2024. The other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent to substitute the deceased petitioner by the applicant. 3.

Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

Necessary amendment in accordance with Schedule of D.A.ETHAPE
