The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the mediation is still underway.

Though the parties have been exploring the possibility of mediated settlement of dispute, which was recorded in the order dated 11th December, 2023, the parties are yet to arrive at amicable resolution of the dispute.

The parties are at liberty to complete the pleadings. 6.
