The learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 states that as per his instructions the settlement talks are at an advanced stage with the plaintiff.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that this is only an excuse to delay proceeding. However, without going into these issues, a last opportunity is given to respondent nos.1 and 2 for resolving the dispute with the plaintiff within a period of four weeks from today. If the dispute is not resolved within the said period then no further adjournment will be granted by the Court and the parties will have to proceed with this matter.
