ORDER:

Learned counsels for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 16th March 2026. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the consent terms is signed by the constituted attorney of the plaintiff, defendant no.2 for himself and as the authorised representative of defendant nos. 1 and 3. The true copy of the Power of Attorney of the plaintiff is taken on record along with the true copy of the resolutions of the plaintiff. The true copy of the certified copy of the resolutions of defendant nos. 1 and 3 in favour of defendant no.2 are also tendered and taken on record. Learned counsels for the parties are permitted to attach the said copies to the consent terms.

The constituted attorney of the plaintiff and his signature on the consent terms on behalf of the plaintiff is identified by the learned advocate for the plaintiff. Defendant No.2 is present in court, who is identified by the learned advocate for the defendants. Defendant No.2 confirms his signature on the consent terms and the contents of the consent terms to be true and correct. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the contents of the consent terms are explained to the plaintiff, and the contents are verified by Page no. 2 of 3

the plaintiff, to be correct in the presence of the advocate for the plaintiff.

The consent terms dated 16th March 2026, is taken on record and marked 'X' with today's date for identification. I have perused the contents of the consent terms. The terms are legal and valid. The assurances and undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the court.

The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. 5.

In view of disposal of the suit, all the pending interim applications in the suit are disposed of as infructuous. (GAURI GODSE, J.) Page no. 3 of 3
