The Writ Petitions were dismissed for non-removal of office objections. The Petitions were at a pre-notice stage and on a lodging stamp number. Delay, ranging between 170-180 days, is caused in filing these Interim Applications.

Since all the Petitions were on a lodging stamp number at a pre-notice stage and since the delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate, all the Interim Applications stand partly allowed. Delay stands condoned on a condition of depositing an amount of Rs. 3,000/- per Petition. All office objections be removed and the cost be deposited in this Court, by way of donation, on or before 10th March, 2025, failing which, this order would stand recall and the order of dismissal would continue to operate. Registry shall transfer the said cost amounts, to the following entities:
