Despite the matter being stood over on the last occasion and the time being fixed for coordination with the Court Receiver, Defendant No.1 has neither coordinated efforts with the Court Receiver to remove his belongings nor has he entered appearance today to report compliance.

In these circumstances, the Plaintiff, under the oversight of the Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

53.IA.2779.2024.doc subject premises and store them at an appropriate warehouse at the expense of Plaintiff. Since Defendant No.1 has been given multiple opportunities, if he refuses to collect the belongings from the warehouse after such removal within a period of four weeks from the removal, the Court Receiver shall be at liberty to dispose of the belongings at the expense of Defendant No.1.

The belongings stored in the premises shall be removed by the Court Receiver and an inventory shall be drawn up, with the Court filing a report for the consideration of this Court. Needless to say, once the belongings have been removed, the subject premises shall be handed over to the Plaintiff. The Court Receiver shall be entitled to police protection to carry out the this order. A copy of this order shall be served on the jurisdictional police station and the Deputy Commissioner of Police having jurisdiction over such police station to ensure that there is no untoward incident while such removal is effected.

Stand over "For Reporting Compliance" on April 20, 2026. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
