Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff points to multiple orders passed by Learned Single Judge of this Court starting from October 22, 2024 until April 2, 2025, by which the journey of this matter is evident. 2.

It is the common ground that Defendant No.1 has been removed from the suit property and physical possession is with the Court Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

However, Mr. Narula, Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that the final activity that had remained pending is the implementation of the directions contained in Para 3 of the order dated January 31, 2025 in the captioned proceedings, namely, the suit property being put in the possession of the Plaintiff as an agent of the Court Receiver, without security or royalty.

Such handing over of possession as an agent of the Court Receiver shall be executed within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order on the website of this Court. The agency agreement to document the agency pursuant to which the Plaintiff would have possession of the property without payment of any royalty shall be executed between the parties within such period. 4.

List for "Reporting Compliance" on March 17, 2026. 5.

The Court Receiver shall supplement the existing report to indicate the completion of the activity and the Court Receiver report shall be dealt with on the next date.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
