The Defendant No.1 is present in the Court and submits that the Learned Court Receiver has fixed a meeting to explain the process for removal of the articles from the property in question. In any case, he March 17, 2026 Chaitanya

29-IA-2779-2024.doc undertakes that all the belongings shall be removed from the premises no later than 12:00 noon on March 27, 2026.

This accommodation is being made to obviate any potential grievance about loss or damage to any of the belongings kept in the premises in question. The Defendant No.1 shall meet the Learned Court Receiver tomorrow during working hours, and in any event no later than 4.00 p.m. so that the process can be explained to him. 3.

List the matter for reporting compliance on March 30, 2026. 4.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
