Learned counsel appearing for Applicant, on instructions, submits that within a period of eight weeks from today, entire amount of security charges, which is due to be paid to the Official Liquidator shall be paid.

It is open for Applicant to move this Court, in event, the payment is made before the period of eight weeks.

Needless to clarify that the said payment is without prejudice to the rights of the Applicant to recover the same from the Petitioningcreditor as the Petitioning-creditor had given an undertaking to make the payment of said charges to the Official Liquidator but had defaulted on the same.

If the payment of entire security charges is made to the Official Liquidator before the next date, possession of the assets will be handed over to the Applicant Company. 5.
Stand over to 7th August, 2025.
