Learned counsel points out that, Paragraph No.3 has been incorrectly recorded. There is no dispute regarding this fact. Paragraph No.3 shall be deleted.

In Paragraph No.2, the sentence "be present virtually and remain physically present when the Court so requires" be replaced with "remain present either physically or virtually when the Court so requires". 4.
