This interim application is basically for adding three new respondents as Respondent nos.5, 6 and 7. Ms Majumdar states that leave to amend may be granted keeping open respondents' rights and contentions. Therefore, keeping open respondents' rights and contentions, leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out and amended petition to be served on or before 27th September 2024. If, any of respondents wish to file reply to oppose the ad-interim, they may do so and serve a copy by 5 th October 2024.
