1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L.) No. 40118 of 2022, which was dismissed for non compliance of the directions issued vide Notice dated 08th March, 2024, inter-alia for non removal of office objections within stipulated period.
There is a delay of 99 days in preferring present Application. 2) Learned Advocate for Applicants submitted that, for condonation of the said delay, the Applicants will pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Law Library, Room No.39, 2nd Floor, Main Building, High Court, 1/2
RVC 24-ia2944.2024.doc Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 3) Subject to payment of aforesaid cost within stipulated period as noted above, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
4) Applicants/Petitioners to remove office objections, if not removed till today, within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of the aforenoted cost to the said Library.
