Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-C) appended to IA/2947/2024.

The applicant was permitted to amend the Schedule of Properties and the grant, by an order dated 2nd May, 2024. However, the value of the shares which were added at Sr. No.4A remained to be inserted in the Schedule. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already carried out the amendment, including the value of the shares at Sr. No.4A.

In view of the aforesaid submission, leave to amend the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-C) to IA/2947/2024. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. 6.

Reverification stands dispensed with.
