Diksha Rane 18 IA 2948 2025.doc decree holder seeking to amend the execution application in Column (J) by adding the details of the property which has been disclosed by the judgment debtor.

2) Heard learned counsel for the parties and I have gone through the contents of the interim application.

3) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 4) Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

5) Interim Application No. 2948/2025 is disposed of accordingly. 6) Further learned counsel appearing for the judgment debtor submits that he requires some time to quote an amount for settling this matter amicably.

7) The judgment debtor is granted time till 5/2/2026 to inform the judgment creditor of an amount without prejudice which can be paid by them as full and final amount to settle the present proceedings.

8) Stand over to 9/2/2026.
