Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration granted to the property and credits of Mrs.Bandana Pal Choudhury, (the deceased) by an order dated 28th March 2024.

The petitioner seeks leave to amend the description of the property so as to correct the Registration Number of the society. The proposed amendment is essentially in the nature of correction of a typographical error.

Hence, the following order:

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

(ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with Schedule-I at Exhibit-C, be carried out within a period of three weeks. (iii) Re-verification dispensed with.

(iv) Post amendment grant expedited.

(v) Application disposed.
