KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE 1) This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of Petitioner No.1 on record. It is stated that, the Petitioner No.1 has passed away on 3rd May, 2016. There is delay of 2,926 days in preferring present Application. 2) Mr.Jaiswal, learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, for condonation of said inordinate delay, the Applicants i.e. legal heirs of Petitioner No.1 will pay cost of Rs.50,000/- to the Bar Council 1/2

KSG 203-IA-3003-2024.doc of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

5) Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of payment of cost as noted above, in the record of Court and simultaneously in the copies served upon the learned Advocates for the respective Respondents.
