Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Jatin Jitendra Thakkar alias Jatin J. Thakkar (the deceased) granted by order 18th November, 2019.

In the application, it is averred that post grant it was realised that the deceased also owned a plot of land bearing Gat No.65/1/A situated at Village Hathnoli, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad. It is, therefore, necessary to amend the Schedule of Property appended to the original petition and 1/2

25-IA3053-2024.DOC the grant. The application is supported by the copy of the record of right (Exhibit-B appended to the application). 4.

Two of the heirs namely Sahil alias Sahiell Jatin Thakkar and Shakuntala Jitendra Thakkar have filed affidavits giving their consent for the proposed amendment. Hence, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

Hence, the following order:

(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-C) be carried out within a period of three weeks.

(iii) Post amendment grant expedited.

Application disposed.
