Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Succession Certificate in respect of the securities belonging to Minocher Kaikhushroo Jabulee, (the deceased) granted by an order dated 11th July 2024.

In the application it is averred that in the description of the securities at Serial No.1, the distinctive Numbers of the Equity Share were inadvertently not mentioned.

Perused the averments in the application and the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-E). The proposed amendment is D.A.ETHAPE

Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) Necessary amendment in the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-E), be carried out within a period of three weeks.

(iii) Re-verification dispensed with.

(iv) Post amendment grant expedited.

Application disposed.
