Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

By an order dated 11 November 2024, the applicant was directed to file copies of the property card to substantiate the prayer for amendment. The applicant has filed an affidavit dated 12 November 2024. Copies of the property cards in respect of CTS No.1122 and the sub-divisions thereof i.e. 1122/1 to 1122/14 are annexed to the affidavit. The deceased is shown as the joint owner along with Suhas - the Applicant herein. 3.

I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. 4.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application stands allowed.

(ii) The applicant/Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment in SSP 1/2

24 IA 3056 OF 2024.doc the Schedule of property annexed to the Petition in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit C) to the application. (iii) Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks.

(iv) Post amendment, grant expedited.

(v) Interim Application stands disposed.
