By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a post-grant amendment in the Testamentary Petition as well as in the Original Grant of Letters of Administration dated 24th May 2013 and consequential amendment thereof in the Schedule-I of the Petition in respect of the movable properties of the deceased. 2.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant and considering the reasons set out in paragraphs 4, 5 and 5.1, I find no impediment in granting the amendment.
