This Court vide an order dated 15 th April, 2023 granted the Applicant Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of one Sheldon Victor Herber Pereira (the deceased). 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the grant, the Applicant became aware that the schedule of assets omitted to mention certain investments standing in the name of the deceased at the time of his death. On being asked to point out where in the Interim Application it was set out as to Shubham 1/2

2 21-IA-3116-2024.doc how these facts came to the knowledge of the Applicant only after the grant, Learned Counsel submitted that the said facts were not particularly mentioned in the Interim Application. However, he could place the same on record by filing an additional affidavit setting out when and how the Applicant became aware of what has been stated in paragraph 4 of the Interim Application. He seeks two weeks time to file the said affidavit.
