She submits that the balance amount is to be payable by 31 March, 2026. She has tendered a CERSAI report wherein there is mention of Flat No. 203, 2nd Floor, 'A' Wing, Building No.5, Jyoti Complex, General A.K.Vaidya Marg, Santosh Bagar, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. 2) She submits that in the disclosure affidavit filed by the judgment debtor no.2 (Praveen Bhaskar Rao), there is no mention of the property at Goregaon.
