Ms. Gogri, learned counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 2 July 2025, the bailable warrant was issued against the respondents. She submits that however due to respondents changing their addresses, bailable warrant could not be executed. She has now tendered draft amendment as the applicant has found new addresses of the respondents. The draft amendment is taken on record. 2.

The applicant is permitted to amend the execution application and pending interim application within a period of two weeks from today.
