2025.07.02 18:28:22 +0530 Respondents no.2 to 4 and despite the same, no disclosures have been ARTI VILAS KHATATE made and that this Court may direct issuance of bailable warrant against the Respondents no.2 and 3.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to issue bailable warrants AVK 1/2

22-IA-3130-2024.doc in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each against the Respondents no.2 and 3, returnable on 20th August 2025.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police station for the execution of the bailable warrants. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned Police station to have the said bailable warrants executed and secure the presence of the Respondents no.2 and 3 on the next date.

Let the Respondents no.2 and 3 remain present in the Court on the next date.
