Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Succession Certificate in respect of the securities belonging to Narayanan Anand (deceased) granted by an order dated 17 January 2018. 3.

In the application, it is averred that, post amendment, it was realized that the deceased held certain securities which remained to be included in the Schedule of securities in the Petition. A copy of the communication dated 30 October 2022, addressed by the registered Transfer Agent (Exhibit D) is annexed to the application. Thus, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).

(ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit B) be carried out within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

(iii) Re-verification dispensed with.

(iv) Post amendment, grant expedited.

(v) Interim Application stands disposed.
