When the matter is called out, Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel appears for the Award Holder and submits that the Interim Application seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased- Judgment Debtor. That the proposed Respondents have been served. Mr. Sharma relies upon the affidavit of service dated 10th December, 2024 in support of his contentions.

6. IA 3172-24 in EXA 1619-22 @ IA 603-20.doc of the view that the Interim Application be allowed in terms of the prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay, if any, in filing the present Interim Application.

(b) Amendment as per the Schedule annexed hereto, be permitted to be carried out in the cause title of the Execution Application No. 1619 of 2022 and other pending proceedings, by the Applicants."

Let the amendments as per schedule be carried out within a period of four weeks and amended proceedings be served on the others and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. 4.

The Interim Application to accordingly stand allowed and disposed as above.
