Learned counsel for the Applicant points out that the present interim application seeks amendment to the Schedule of Assets, name of the legal heir has been misspelled and also the share of each heir has to be property stated. Having perused the interim application and considering the averments made therein, I find that sufficient cause is made out to permit amendment.

Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(a) that the Petitioner be permitted to correct I amend the above Petition; to rectify the mistakes; delete certain movable assets; and to add certain movable assets in the above Petition as well as to replace the Schedule of Assets annexed to the above Petition with complete particulars and carry out other consequential amendments in terms of the Exhibit "A" Schedule of Amendment annexed hereto;

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
