The present Interim Application seeks leave of this Court to amend the captioned Testamentary Petition by adding the legal heirs of one Vijay Gangaprasad Varma on record since it is the submission of Learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Petition originally filed did not contain the names of the legal heirs of Mr. Vijay Gangaprasad Varma. The Testamentary Petition is filed for Letters of Administration in respect of the Will of one Sarla Gangaprasad Varma, who is stated to have passed away on 6 th March, 2014. 2 14-IA-3182-2024.doc Gangaprasad Varma is the son of the said deceased, who himself passed away on th November, 2022. It is thus that the legal heirs of Mr. Vijay Gangaprasad Varma more particularly set out in the Interim Application are sought to be impleaded.

Having heard and having perused the Interim Application I find sufficient cause has been shown to allow the Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read thus:
"a. this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Petitioners to add and amend the captioned Testamentary Petition to bring on record the legal heirs of Mr. Vijay Gangaprasad Verma as mentioned in the Schedule annexed at Exhibit A1 in the captioned matter;
b. this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue necessary directions to the Hon'ble Testamentary Registrar to place the captioned Testamentary Petition for issuance of citation to the legal heirs of Mr. Vijay Gangaprasad Verma in the captioned matter;"
