Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This Application is filed for post-Grant amendment to the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Bapsy Jehangirjee Engineer granted by an order dated 22nd May 2024.

The Applicant further states that in the Schedule-I of the Petition at Sr. No. 2, distinctive numbers of shares have not been correctly mentioned. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 4.

The proposed amendment appears to be essentially in the nature of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.11.14 09:28:53 +0530 correction of an inadvertent typographical error in the description of the Arun Sankpal 1/2

18-ia-3184-2024 in tp-3365-2023.doc property at Sr. No.2 in the Schedule-I appended to the Petition. 5.

Hence the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Schedule-A at page 14) be carried out within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Re-verification dispensed with. 7.

Post-amendment Grant expedited.
