Heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This Application is for post-Grant amendment to the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Perviz Jehangirjee Engineer granted by an order dated 5th July 2024..

In the Application it averred that the description of the property at Sr. Nos. 1 and 2 was not correctly mentioned in the Schedule-I appended to the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Petition. It is, therefore, necessary to amend the Schedule of assets so as to ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.11.14 09:28:50 +0530 correct the description of property at Sr. Nos. 1 and 2. Arun Sankpal 1/2

The Application is supported by a copy of Share Certificate (Exhibit "A" at page 15). It appears that the proposed amendment is essential to correctly describe the property in respect of which the Letters of Administration have already been granted.

Hence the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Schedule-A, at page 14) be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Re-verification dispensed with. 7.

Post-amendment Grant expedited.
