Heard Mr. Bhatt, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

This is post grant amendment Application. Schedule of amendment is appended at Exhibit-C, page No.44. Grant is appended at Exhibit- A page No.9. I have perused the Application. There can be no impediment in allowing the post grant amendment application. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Application deserves to be allowed. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Delay, if any stands condoned. 5.

The original Grant shall be handed over to Department

P1.IA.3207.2024.doc within a period of one week from today. Once original Grant is given to Department, Department shall forthwith carryout the concerned amendment as per Schedule which is also noted by this Court in the order and give the copy of fresh Grant to Applicant within a period of three weeks thereafter positively.

In view of the above, leave is granted to Advocate for Applicant in the original Petition to carry out amendment. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out in the original Petition within a period of one week from today.

Reverification stands dispensed with.

For no reason issuance of fresh Grant shall be delayed. However it shall be subject to all due compliances and removal of office objections.

9.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
