The present Interim Application seeks the following reliefs: (a) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to carry out forensic audit in respect of the affairs of the company i.e. Essar Offshore Subsea Projects Limited;
(b) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Official Liquidator and their office to co-operate for forensic audit of the company;

Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in order to carry out a forensic audit of the company in liquidation, it would be necessary for the Applicant to have copies of several documents pertaining to the said company in liquidation. Learned counsel has tendered a list of these documents Vaibhav
2/2 9-IA-3230-2024.DOC to the Court as also to learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The list of documents is marked as "X" for identification and the same is taken on record. 3.
Mr. Sheth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator very fairly submits that if such documents are in the possession of the Official Liquidator then the the Official Liquidator will have no objection to give the copies of such documents to the Applicant. In light of this, nothing further survives in the Interim Application, the same is accordingly disposed of. 4.
Needless to state that, any charges relating to photocopy or otherwise shall be borne by the Applicant.
