This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Late Pravin Ravindranath Katvi. In the Schedule of Assets at item No.4, the word 'Kazi' has been wrongly mentioned instead of 'Katvi'.

The proposed amendment is essentially in nature of correction of a typographical error.

(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

(iv) Reverfication dispensed with.
