Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in Probate granted by an order dated 16th February, 2019. 3.

The applicant/ petitioner submits that post grant, it was released that the deceased was holding shares in various listed companies. However, those shares were not included in the original Scheduled of Assets.

Pursuant to an order dated 18th November, 2024 the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to tender a compilation of copies of the shares certificates to substantiate the claim for amendment.

Compilation of copies of shares certificates is taken on record. 6.

The documents lend support to the claim for amendment. The Vishal Parekar, PS ...1

26-ia-3242-2024.doc heirs mentioned in the table at paragraph 8 of the petition have filed affidavits giving their consent for the amendment. Thus, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1] The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2] Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (page 19) be carried out within a period of four weeks. 3] Post amendment grant expedited.
