Pursuant to the order dated 25th August, 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Carvalho, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No.1 and submits that no reply could be filed, however, he has instructions to make an offer to settle the matter by submitting that the outstanding payments would be made within 60 days from today as the movie on titled "Annapoorani : The Goddess of Food" is about to be released on OTT Platform Zee.

Mr. Dasgupta, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Respondent had to make payments to the Applicant as Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

912. IA 3243-24 in COMEX 52-25.doc per the consent terms and till date no such payment has been made, except Rs. 50 lacs. That on the last occasion time had been sought to file reply. That no reply has also been filed. Accordingly, this Court may direct disclosures in terms of prayer Clause (j). 3.
Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, this Court directs the Respondent to make disclosure in terms of prayer Clause (j), which reads thus:- "(j) That pending the Execution Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order directing the Resondent No.1 to disclose on oath all movable, immovable, tangible and intangible properties inclduing but not limited to Bank accounts, investments etc. held by the Respondent No.1." 4.
Let disclosure, on oath, be made within a period of four weeks with copy to the others. List on 10th December, 2025. 5.
The Respondent is in the meanwhile at liberty to make payments of the outstanding dues to the Applicant.
