Pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Dasgupta, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that the Respondent No.1 has filed disclosure affidavit in terms of prayer clause (j) purporting to make disclosure of all movable, immovable, tangible and intangible properties including but not limited to Bank accounts, investments etc. held by the Kanchan Dhuri 1/6

Respondent No.1. However, the said order has not been complied with, as there is no disclosure of the intangible properties including the films to be released and the disclosure is inadequate, in as much as there is no description, with respect to the properties mentioned in Annexure 'B' nor the branch address with respect to the bank accounts have been mentioned nor do the statements with respect to the movie "Annapoorani" have any dates. Mr. Dasgupta submits that although the total realization from the movie "Annapoorani", admittedly is Rs.25,81,05,695/-, however as on date there is an outstanding of Rs.3,67,63,726/-.

That therefore this Court not only attach the bank accounts disclosed in the affidavit of disclosure dated 8th October 2025 at Annexure 'B', but also direct the Respondents to make disclosures in terms of prayer clause (g), in addition to a restraint/ injunction on the Respondents from releasing any films either in individual names or in the name of sole proprietorship concern or by any other name or through any other partnership where the Respondents are partners or through any other limited company where the Respondents are shareholders or directors.

Ms. Ganapathy, learned Counsel, appearing for the Respondent No.1 submits that although the total realizations from the movie "Annapoorani" were Rs.25,81,05,695/-, however, as can be seen Kanchan Dhuri 2/6

from Annexure "A" to the Affidavit, there has been total loss of Rs.1,31,11,474.58/- and despite that a payment of Rs.25 lakhs had been made in the month of December 2025 to the Applicant. That she has no objection to making disclosures in terms of prayer clause (g), which she undertakes to make within a period of one week. That also the description with respect to the movable and immovable properties at Annexure "B" would be furnished within a period of one week. That this Court may for the time being not restrain the Respondent No.1 from releasing any films.

I have heard the learned Counsel at some length. 4.

There is no doubt that the total realization of the movie "Annapoorani" at the time after it was released after the order dated 8th October 2025, when it was submitted to this Court by the then learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the outstanding payments would be made within a period of 60 days from 8th October 2025 as the movie "Annapoorani" was about to be released on the OTT Platform Zee, is Rs.25,81,05,695/-; the sixty days period from 8th October 2025 is long over and that only Rs.25 lakhs has been received by the Applicant in the month of December 2025 although as on date, the total outstanding is Rs.3,67,63,726/-. The disclosure affidavit indicates that the bank accounts are in the name of the sole proprietor and in the Kanchan Dhuri 3/6

name of sole proprietorship concern. It is also noted from Annexure "B" that there is a flat at West Mambalam worth Rs.50 lakhs, a BMW car and an Innova Car totally valued at Rs.98,85,287/- in the name of the sole proprietor.

The Interim Application refers to an untitled film starring Kangana Ranaut and R. Madhavan. Upon a query from this Court to the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents as to the status of the said film, the learned Counsel submits that the said film is yet to be released and there is also no title as yet.

In these circumstances, the following order is passed : (i) Let within a period of one week, the Respondents file a further affidavit in terms of prayer clause (g), which reads thus : "(g) That pending the Execution Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order directing the Respondent No.1 to disclose on oath all Films being produced under the banner of the Respondent No.1 and/or individually by the Respondent No.1 or where the Respondent No.1 is a Proprietor and/or Partner and/or Director and/or is directly or indirectly involved in any manner."

(ii) Let within a period of one week, the Respondents also under an affidavit indicate the details/description of the assets referred to at Annexure "B" of the affidavit dated 10th December 2025. Kanchan Dhuri 4/6

(iii) Let the following bank accounts referred to in Annexure "B" of the affidavit dated 10th December 2025 be attached forthwith and let there be a debit freeze order to the same :

(f) That pending the Execution Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order and injunction restraining the Respondent No.1 from releasing the Untitled Film starring Kangana Ranaut, R Madhavan through any means, mediums and/or modes and/or platforms whatsoever in the territory of the whole world including India.
