901. IA 3243-24 in COMEX 52-25.doc order of Rs. 1 Cr has been handed over to Mr. Dasgupta, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, in addition to the Post Dated Cheques with respect to paragraphs 5(a) to 5(d) which are accepted by Mr. Dasgupta, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 3.
Learned Counsel submit that the injunction granted vide order dated 2nd February, 2026 be extended in terms of the paragraph 12 of the consent terms.

Having heard the learned Counsel, the consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purposes of identification. The injuction granted vide order dated 2nd February, 2026 is extended in terms of paragraph 12 of the consent terms. The undertakings contained in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Interim Application to stand disposed in terms of the consent terms.
