Considering the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, the conditional order dated 8th March 2024 passed by Prothonotary & Senior Master is recalled with a view to enable the applicant-original petitioner to remove office objections. The writ petition is accordingly restored subject to office objections being removed within a period of three weeks from today. 3.
