Perused the application for restoration. The reasons set out therein constitutes sufficient cause. Accordingly, we condone the delay and recall the order dated 13 March 2024 disposing this petition for non prosecution.

Accordingly, this Interim Application is disposed of by restoring the Writ Petition (L) No. 11896 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the office objection will be cleared within 2 weeks from today. If the office objections are not cleared within 2 weeks, from today, the petition stands disposed of for non prosecution without reference to this Court. 5.

If the office objections are indeed clear, then place the petition for admission on 7 January 2025.
