1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L.) No. 20030 of 2023, which was dismissed for non compliance of the directions issued vide Notice dated 8th March 2024, inter-alia, non removal of office objections within stipulated period.

There is a delay of 151 days in preferring present Application. 2) Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, for condonation of the said delay, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the High 1/2

The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 3) Subject to payment of aforesaid cost within stipulated period as noted above, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) & (b).

4) Applicant/Petitioner to remove office objections, if not removed till today, within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of the aforenoted cost to the said Library.
