Not on board. Upon mentioning taken on board. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants seeks extension of time to carry out amendment which was granted vide order dated 9 th January 2025. It is noticed that a previous application for extension of time was also made. On a query posed on counsel as to why the time is again sought, I was informed that the applicant had undergone a spinal surgery and was thus not in a position to affirm and reverify the petition.

At her request time to carry out amendment is extended upto 17 th March 2025. Reverification is dispensed with.
